The San Francisco Council of Grand Dukes
and Grand Duchesses was originally founded
over 35 years ago to provide diverse areas
of the San Francisco community with charitable
and personal support. Through the years we
have expanded our grants to other worthy
groups of the community at large which may
be overlooked by other fundraising organizations
in the City. We do not receive support from
government resources, but depend on donations
from individuals and business. Hundreds of
people's lives have been materially and positively
affected by the kindness and charity of the
people who support us.
